The other Gods respect Kormath, as his vast knowledge of the Pattern is at the disposal of anyone who can answer his riddles. Myths abound about one or the other God going to Kormath, searching for the answer to some puzzle. They always receive an answer, even if it is never the one that they seek.
Most other Gods, even the so-called Dark Gods, court Kormath's favor. Kormath himself only trusts the other members of the Dragon Rite, although he is concerned about the reality of Styphon's conversion to the light.
Kormath's bitter enemy is Skydo the Seer, the God of History. The two have a complex and ancient disagreement about how knowledge should be used. Skydo holds that knowledge is for its own sake, while Kormath argues that knowledge is only good if it can be used for something. These two Gods argue like spiteful children, interfering in each others business at the least opportunity.
Servants of Kormath are polymaths, studying everything and anything. None focus on one field for long, preferring to maintain expansive interests. It is not unusual for a Priest of Kormath to hold forth discourses on political philosophy in the morning, pick pockets in the afternoon, and spend the evening cooking for a noble.
Many of Kormath's Priests were scholars or wanderers in their former life. The God called them when he discovered the breath and depth of their interests, and the strength of their hearts.
The Priests of Kormath look to the servants of Krym-nak-mar for leadership, and to the servants of Zandragal for protection. They are careful around the priests of Styphon, as their God is unsure of his sudden return to the fold.
All Priests of Kormath are required to have Scholarship, Research, and at least one skill from three different skill categories as Vocational skills. Kormath discourages his Priests from studying Scholastic skills overmuch - while history and patterns of thought are important, there are more practical things to learn.
